As well as paying rent you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:
Before the tenancy starts:
Reservation Holding Deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent
Damages Deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent
During the tenancy:
Payment from £50.00 if you want to change the tenancy agreement
Payment of interest on late rent payments at a rate of 3% abive Bank of Englane APR for each day the payment is outstanding after 14 days fro the payment due date
Payment from £50.00 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with the termination of the tenancy
During the Tenancy:
Utilities - gas,electricity, water
Communications - telephone and Internet
Installation and Subscription of Cable/Sky
Other Permitted Payments:
Any other payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
Premier shall provide evidence to demonstrate the reasonable costs incurred as a result of carrying out works if charges exceed the fixed permitted payments as required under the Tenant Fee Act 2019.
