Premier Oxford Short Lets services:

There are three bespoke services we can offer to Landlords;

Fully Managed - Premier Oxford Short Lets takes care of the property including all maintenance issues, dealing with bookings, guest requests, all welcome packs, arrivals and departures. Choosing this option allows the Landlord to take a back seat and let us deal with all the organisation and worry.


Landlord Serviced/ Guest Bookings - This option allows the Landlord to be more hands on and service the property themselves. We will advertise the property, find guests and co-ordinate the check in, then the landlord has free reign to manage their investment as they see fit.


Part Managed - With this service, we can be as hands on as you wish, dealing with the smaller day to day queries of maintenance issues. Choosing this option allows the Landlord to have a discounted charge when they instruct us to manage a situation. We can also conduct welcome packs and other extra requests at a fraction of the cost. The landlord is responsible for the arrival and departure of their guests.


N.B - all services include marketing of the property across all major portals, use of our grading system and finding the right guests to match the property and collection of all rental and damages deposits. We can also tailor bespoke services to individual needs (POA).
